TravelBluez operates in the capacity of a travel advisor and booking agent. We facilitate the acquisition of travel services but do not directly supply the flights, accommodations, or tours. Therefore, we assume no direct liability for faulty products, substandard service, delays, or disruptions caused by the actual service providers.
However, in the unfortunate event that something goes wrong during your trip, we are committed to acting as your advocate. We will endeavour to assist you on a best-efforts basis, intervening where possible and escalating your dispute to the appropriate forums or management teams at the respective airlines, hotels, or service providers.
