Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the respective service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, and activity operators) associated with your booking.
Provider Penalties
If a booking is cancelled outside the vendor's penalty window, it will be cancelled without vendor charges. Otherwise, applicable vendor penalties will be deducted. These rules will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
TravelBluez Service Fees
Any booking fees, advisory fees, or convenience fees charged directly by TravelBluez for facilitating the transaction are non-refundable, regardless of the vendor's cancellation policy.
Bank Transfers
If you paid via Bank Transfer and are owed a refund, we will initiate the refund immediately upon processing the cancellation with the vendor.
Payment Gateway Timelines
For payments made via our online Payment Gateway, refunds will be processed by us within 7 business days. However, please be aware that the actual posting of funds to your account is subject to the processing times of your bank or credit card provider, which may take an additional 5–14 business days.
